Connection Kids: Jump into Spring
Connection Kids, join us for an exciting afternoon-- with lunch followed by play and fun at Neeley's!
Lunch will be provided at 11:30am in the Fellowship Hall. Then, off to Neeley's Tumble and Fitness (11 Do It Drive, Altamont) for a time of fun from 12-2pm.
Open to ages 5yrs- 6th grade, kids 4 and under are welcome with a parent/ chaperone.
Parents must pick up directly from Neeley's at the end of the event.
Please note: a signed waiver is required for all participants to attend.
Bring your energy and get ready for a fun-filled day---we can't wait to see you there!
Mission Trip Donations
Logan Watson recently shared about his upcoming mission trip and some donation items that they are in need of. If you're able to donate any of these items please leave them in the box in the foyer in the next couple weeks!
Comedy Show and Revival Services
The weekend of April 24-26th we're hosting a full weekend of Comedy and Revival services with Brett Hollis!
April 24th
The weekend will kick off with a Comedy Show Friday night at 6:30pm
April 25th
Saturday night at 6:30pm will be our first Revival Service
April 26th
Sunday morning Brett will share a message during our regular 10am service
Sunday evening at 6:30pm we'll wrap up the weekend with our last Revival Service at 6:30pm
The last time Brett was with us was powerful! He's able to bring joy and laughter, while sharing the message of Jesus in a unique way. You won't want to miss these services. Mark your calendars and invite some friends!
Fire Department Desserts
St. Elmo Fire Department is having a Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser on Saturday, April 18th 5-8pm. They have asked the local churches for dessert donations to support their cause. If you are able to make a dessert for the fundraiser please bring it in a disposable dish, and drop off at the fire station April 18th starting at 9am. All desserts not served by the end of the night will be sold whole for a donation. All the donations received that evening will go to help with the cost of training and equipment.
Sunday Swap
Connection Ladies, May 31st we're having a "Sunday Swap". Each person will pick a homemade item to make for the swap---you'll make 10 of that homemade item to share. Bring them to the fellowship hall on May 31st for the swap. Then we'll have our own mini farmer's market and everyone will leave with a basket full of other people's treats to enjoy! Not sure what to bring? Any homemade items are welcome---foods, candles, scrubs, cleaners, keychains, jewelry, flower bouquets... anything you'd like to make!

Food Pantry
Our current suggested item for the food pantry is toiletries. All your food donations are welcomed and so appreciated. Thank you to everyone who continues to support our local Food Pantry through your donations and your time!

- Help you overcome the lack of desire to pray
- Show you how to make time for prayer even when you are busy
- Answer your questions about why God answers yes to some prayers and no to others
- Teach you how prayer can be a source of strength in times of sorrow, anxiety, and frustration
